After almost 30 years Richard Dean Anderson will be returning to General Hospital in his original role as Dr. Jeff Webber. He will also be rekindling his past romance with his ex wife Monica Quatermaine. Expect Jeff to be around Port Charles for a foreseeable future.

Dominic Raines returns as Dr. Leo Julian

Dominic Raines reprises his role of Dr. Leo Julian. He was last seen on the primetime spin off Night Shift but during season 2 he was recasted by his younger brother. Dominic is returning as Leo to bring more Doctors to GH. He will have an instant rivalry with Matt especially when Leo hits on Serena. Surprisingly he sparks a friendship with the much hated Dr. Lisa Niles and a possible romance may occur.
