April 2010 General Hospital MY WAY

Week of April 5th

• Michael Confession on the stand causes outrage in the courtroom
• Judge Carroll dismisses the Jury and request Michael tell his side of the story
• Sonny and Carly remain in the courtroom hearing their son tell the truth to the judge of Claudia's murder
• the Judge decides to render a decesion based on Michael choice to either recant his story or continue with it.
• During the recess Claire informs Jax that if Michael confession is true she will charge Sonny with Obstruction of Justice.
• Jax disagrees but Claire threatnes Jax with the same charges as well
• Michael is faced with a choice..either recant his statement and face perjury charges or continue on and face murder charges.
• Michael continues with the truth and the Judge offically charges Michael with the charges of Murder but allows him to leave without bail
• Claire follows through and charges Sonny with obstruction of justice
• Robin informs Patrick and Matt that Noah has been hospitalized at Mercy for Liver Cancer
• The Doctor informs Matt and Patrick that Noah has atleast up to a year with treatment but less then 3 without
• Noah refuses to be treated and wishes to spend his last few months with his sons
• Matt pretends to not care but he secretly begins drinking at any off time
• Robin and Patrick begin to bond better which makes Lisa see green
• Lisa begins to show her scheming ways...she uses Steven to lure Robin away Patrick to consul him
• Luke and Sonny continue to clash regarding Ethan and Kristina
• But Kristina eventually confesses that it was Kiefer after he yelled at her for not wanting to press charges on Ethan or have Sonny kill him
• Sonny almost has Kiefer killed but Warren Bauer has Claire Walsh place Kiefer in protective custody
• Warren uses his power to have Kiefer get only community service and anger managment courses
• Melinda and Alexis clash over Kristina's wish washy story
• Sonny apologizes to both Luke and Ethan
• Ethan uses this of exp of being under Sonny's wrath as a way to end his arrangements with Johnny
• Johnny understands but RJ thinks Ethan may eventually work for Sonny
• RJ and Ethan get into a brawl with Ethan not fairing to well
• Lucky and Ronnie arrestt RJ but Ronnie feels RJ again is best to leave him out to make more mistakes.
• ADA Addison places RJ on probabtion and Anger management
• Maxie and Spinelli's quest to find the mysterious donor is haulted at news that Spinelli's grandmother had passed
• Spinelli returns to Tenn, while Maxie finds out she is Pregnant
• Maxie is scared that the baby could be Franco's
• Maya and Lucky seem like kindered spirits to each other
• But Maya attraction to the bad boy Spencer Ethan is also apparent
• Maya is Ethan's Doctor after his assault
• Tracy and Skye go head to head over ELQ
• Skye request Jax help in gaining ELQ
• Jax asks for Skye help in making Carly jealous and Skye loves the idea
• Tracy plays dirty and hires Warren Bauer to gain some power in the MetroCourt to deterre Jax from helping Skye
• Zoe worries about Michael
• Maya notices Zoe's crush on Michael
• Sam worries that Kristina will never get over the abuse Kiefer did to her
• Jason and Carly share their feelings on the events that lead them to Michael's current plight
• Jason regrets bringing Michael into the dangerous lifestyle
• Nikolas continues to try and make a life with him and Elizabeth
• Helena watches as Nikolas descends down Stavros dark obsessive path for a "Webber" (Laura was a adopted Webber)

Week of April 12th

• Michael awaits his fate, but his school life is not the best
• Zoe is by his side but Michael fears his possible jail time will prevent anything from happening
• Alexis and Diane request a deal from Claire who offers Michael 5 years min
• Jax threatnes Claire's career if she does not take the deal but her deal stands
• Jason, Carly and Sonny first instinct is to take Michael and run but Michael faces what he's done
• The Judge does not honor the deal and due to the testimony of Dante, Lucky, Carly and Sam he decides the Claudia's murder was of self-defense but orders Michael to probabtion of 2 years and counseling
• Sonny on the other hand is immediately charged with Obstruction of Justice
• A Shirley Smith arrives at General Hospital
• Shirley is under hospice care at GH and brings new perspective to GH
• Shirley helps Robin connect better with Patrick, helps Patrick and Matt deal with the possible death of their father
• Shirley is visited by a young teen named Jade Hannigan who is a foster child of hers
• Jade is currently being processed through the system due to Shirley declining health
• Lulu and Dante move in together
• Tracy continues to make her disapprovement of dante and Lulu known
• Tracy uses Jennifer Biles to show how much a Corinthos Dante really is
• Tracy's plan fails bigtime when Dante does not fall for it and Ethan interrupts
• Tracy and Skye continue to battle over ELQ but Tracy gets the upperhand as Warren continues to rattle the MetroCourt and Jax
• Warren and Jax clash especially when he makes moves on a uninterested Carly
• Warren and Melinda have a "arrangement"
• RJ hears the news of Michael's involvement in Claudia's murder and has murder on his mind
• Olivia returns from her vacation with a shocker
• Olivia informs Johnny that she is pregnant
• Johnny tackles with the decesion to stop his plans to take down Sonny's organization for the safety of his child
• Lainey Winters is found in her office attacked and passed out
• Nikolas wants to start over with Elizabeth so that they can have a true start based on just them
• Elizabeth continues to want to raise her children alone
• Steven asks Nikolas to give Elizabeth some space so she can recover
• Maxie tells Lulu about her pregnancy and it possibly being Franco's
• Lulu informs Maxie of her decesion to abort her first child and why?
• Maxie contemplates aborting the pregnancy before Spinelli returns

Week of April 19th

• Alexis and Diane must now prepare to defend Sonny on obstruction charges
• Claire is forced to serve a deal against Sonny who fear a trial may go in Sonny's favor
• Claire offers Sonny a year in jail but he declines
• Alexis and Diane convince Sonny to take the deal or if convicted he can face over 7 years
• Agent Raynor wants Claire to remain in Port Charles to help the taskforce dismantle Sonny's organization while he is in prison and also take down the Zacchara's aswell
• Claire acts as Special Prosecutor and District Attorney of Port Charles
• Sonny has a month to prepare to be processed into jail
• Sonny has other plans as he contemplates using this time to run
• Dante pleads with Sonny that even though Michael confessed and is getting help that its in the best interested of Morgan, Kristina and Dante himself that he pay for something he has done for once
• Lainey Winters has been put in a coma due to severe blunt trauma to the head
• Lainey's younger sister Summer Winters comes to her sisters side
• Patrick informs Summer that Lainey's chances are good but theres no judging when she will wake up
• Lucky and Dante investigate the case of Lainey's attack but gain a new partner in the form of Detective Summer Winters
• Summer takes on the case as well but is only back up due to conflict
• Dante and Summer find out that the person who attacked Lainey was actually after a patients file
• RJ decides to change his plans on killings Michael for it will be obvious it was him who would have killed him
• RJ plans to use Zoe to get to Michael
• Johnny informs his father that he is halting his attempts on Sonny's organization
• Anthony warns him that he open pandora's box because RJ will not back down and will do whatever it takes to achieve what he came to do...destroy Corinthos/Morgan clan
• Olivia tries to reason with RJ to let the vengence go for the sake of everyone involved
• RJ see's Olivia as Johnny's weakness
• Warren buys his way into the MetroCourt and buts heads with both Jax, Carly and Olivia
• Tracy reminds Warren that his main goal is to deterre Jax from helping Skye
• Warren continues to cause trouble at the MetroCourt but Olivia is not having it and calls him on his stuff
• Carly and Olivia clash with Warren again when Kiefer drops by
• Carly and Olivia dont want him at the hotel
• Kristina begins to heal both physically and mentally
• Ethan drops by to talk to Kristina
• Kristina apologizes for what she put Ethan through and she confesses that she really likes Ethan alot
• Ethan forgives her but expresses to her again that he is to old for her and that in truth if it wasnt for that he would be very lucky
• Lucky and Maya give into their attraction and have sex
• Lucky and Maya both are not looking for any type of committment
• Ethan see's Maya and Lucky kissing
• Maxie decides to tell Spinelli the truth
• Spinelli returns and Maxie informs him of his possible daddyhood
• Spinelli also knows its quite possible the dark Franco could be the father
• Jason and Sam recieve another message from Franco
• A painting of man giving away change on main st of Port Charles
• Jason believes Franco is telling him he is near by, watchin
• Robin confides in Steven that she is threatned by lisa and Patrick's friendship
• Lisa makes Patrick see that Robin and Steven are getting close
• Matt continues to drink more often
• Maya finds Matt at Jakes passed out drunk
• Skye request a secret favor from Luke
• Helena informs Luke that Valentine is making moves
• Luke still does not believe Valentin exist.
• Michael meets Jade Hannigan
• Michael has his hands full with two women...Zoe and Jade
• Michael decides to go out with Zoe but remain friends with Jade

Week of April 26th

• Edward rejoices to see Brooke Lynn has returned to Port Charles
• Brooke Lynn plans on reigniting L&B Records
• Brook Lynn is amazed to see that her grandmother is still married to Luke Spencer
• Dante is shocked to see Brooke Lynn in Port Charles as they dated when Brooke Lynn came back to New York
• Lulu and Brooke Lynn are not already the best of step relatives due to what Lulu did to Dillon and Georgie
• Dante reveals to Brooke that he is Sonny Corinthos's son
• Brooke harbors a secret that she reveals to Olivia, that she had a son with Dante named Edward "Eddie" Ashton Jr.
• Shirley Smith health takes a turn for the worst as the whole hospital begins to mourne her
• Shirley Smith strangley request Luke and she reveals that she was Mobster Frank Smith wife, Jennifer and Damien Smith's mother
• Shirley apologizes for the craziness Frank and her children put her through
• Shirley tells Luke that recently Jennifer passed away and that when she was a teen she had a little boy who Shirley helped give away for fear of Frank's wraith.
• Before Shirley passes she wants Luke to find her grandson as he is last remaining Smith and is allotted the Smith estate
• Jade Hannigan mournes her foster mother
• Jade is surprised to find out her foster mother set things up for her to go to Madison Academy with Michael, Kristina and Zoe
• Michael is there for Jade but Zoe is not to pleased at the two's friendship
• Olivia is attacked before she can tell Dante about his son
• Sonny is furious that Olivia was attacked and blames Johnny
• Kate blames both Johnny and Sonny
• As Lucky and Summer investigate Olivia attack, Jennifer Biles is found beaten to death
• Lucky and Summer come to a conclusion that the same person who attacked Lainey and Olivia could have killed Jennifer Biles
• The Detectives try to connect the victims and realize that RJ could be the attacker (Lainey was RJ's anger management counslor, RJ doesnt like Olivia, and Jennifer works for Sonny)
• Lulu overhears Brooke talking to Lois on the phone about Dante and his son
• Luke leaves Port Charles to both find Frank Jr. and to accomplish Skye's request
• Maxie and Spinelli have their own personal capers
• Maxie continues to want to prove that Georgie is alive
• Spinelli's grandmother WILL revealed that Spinelli's parents life were to dangerous to raise him
• Spinelli wants to find out more about his parents
• Sonny begins spending time with his children
• Michael and Kiefer get into a bad brawl
• Melinda plans on sueing Michael
• Carly is not having that at all and has had enough of the Bauers
• Carly gets Diane to put pressure on ADA Addison to order Kiefer to stay away from all the Corinthos Clan
• Skye promises to help her cousin Brooklynn with L&B if she helps her gain the upper hand on Tracy
• Jax conceeds and stops helping Skye so Tracy can get Warren out of his life
• Warren has other plans and decides on his own to stay apart of MetroCourt
• Skye recieves a call from Luke and joins him
• Tracy is furious a goes into scheming mode to make Skye's life miserable
• Ethan feels conflicted about whether he should like Maya due to him seeing her kiss Lucky
• Maya calls Patrick to pick up Matt
• Patrick worries Matt has become a alcholic due to the stress of his cases and Noah's health
• Kristina begins her first day of school since the attack
• Kristina likes Zoe with her brother Michael but does not feel the same for Jade
• Kristina feels Jade is using her friendship with Michael for money
• Sam and Alexis finally talks about her father
• Alexis claims she only remembers it was a classmate in europe, she cannot remember who
• Alexis catches Mac and Claire in a awkward position
• Diane urges Alexis to fight for Mac before she falls for another crazy man
• Nikolas is warned by Helena that she has a feeling Valentine will strike soon
• Valentine Cassadine shows up at Shadybrook to visit Elizabeth
• RJ is arrested for the Murder of Jennifer Biles and the attack of Lainey Winters and Olivia Falconeri
• Johnny is furious at RJ for attacking the mother of his child
